I then do a reinstall of OS and went into virus and threat protection and it still says "page not available your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app." So I do another reinstall and dont keep my files and now it says smart screen is unreachable when I try to download anything. exes it would try to download malwarebytes and then say "restart to install" and not do anything. Someone also suggested I try malwarebytes chameleon but when I tried to use any of the. I then uninstalled bitdefender and now cant install it, when I go to run the file it will download to 100% then say error please restart before install.
